TatoSalsa had everything a business is supposed to have: years of experience, loyal students, and a near-perfect reputation. What they did not have was a digital structure that AI platforms could read, trust, and recommend. Their schema was broken, their business type was wrong, their hours were missing, and every AI system that a potential student asked for dance studios in Tampa was pointing somewhere else.

We went in, audited the full digital foundation, identified every structural gap, and built the fixes. This is what that process looked like and what changed as a result.

Two decades of construction credibility, a reputation built entirely on referrals, and zero digital infrastructure to show for it. No system to generate leads, no way to capture the ones that did come in, and no visibility to the customers who were searching for exactly what they offered.

We are building that system now. This case study documents the build from the ground up: what we found, what we built, and what it is producing.
