MDesign Studio is an AI visibility and growth systems agency based in Tampa, Florida. We help businesses get found and cited by AI search platforms. When you interact with our website or contact us, you may share information with us. This policy explains how we handle that information.

Information you give us directly. When you fill out the contact form on our website, you provide your name, email address, business name, website URL, and answers to a few qualifying questions. We collect exactly what you submit and nothing more.

This includes general information like which pages were visited, how long visitors stayed, and what region they are browsing from. Google Analytics does not identify you personally. It gives us aggregate data about site traffic so we can improve the experience for everyone.
How We Use Your Information
The information you submit through our contact form is used for one purpose: to review your business and respond to your inquiry. We use your name and contact details to reach out to you. We use your business information to prepare your AI Visibility Audit before we speak.
We do not use your information to run automated marketing campaigns. We do not add you to a newsletter without your permission. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
If we follow up with you after your initial inquiry, it is because you asked us to by submitting the form.
Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms.
The only situation in which your information would be shared is if we are required to do so by law. Outside of that, your information stays between you and MDesign Studio.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your contact form submissions for as long as there is an active business relationship or inquiry between us. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our records promptly. See the Your Rights section below for how to make that request.

You have the right to know what information we hold about you. You have the right to ask us to correct it if it is wrong. You have the right to ask us to delete it entirely. You have the right to stop receiving any communication from us at any time.
